In our work we started by identifying career consultancy services for STEM and co-designing services with students.<\/p>\n<p>Our exploratory study points out the importance of providing role models and access to\u00a0 STEM Communities of Practice. There is also a need to connect more the career consultancy support to specific educational activities.
